Refund policy

Due to the individual nature of number plates they are all made bespoke to order which makes all personalised vehicle registrations and number plates exempt from the Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

There is no right to return or refund.

All of our plates come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. 

We understand that errors and mistakes are made and we will do everything possible to try and accommodate our customers however if the plates have already been made then we are unable to cancel or refund orders. 

Please call us as soon as possible if you have made an error or mistake so we can try prevent the plates from being made.
